New Houses! is a shop on Ooh La Lane where members can buy extra rooms for their house and upgrade their house a different style.

From the store, players can pay to build expansions onto their houses and purchase house styles. Different house styles cost different amounts of Rox; extensions gain in costs as the player gains more floors.

The expense of the upgrade for the 5th floor of the house is the most expensive in-game price tag, as compared to double the second, being the 4th floor upgrade at 8000 Rox. However, the original challenge has since been suppressed, since the usage of all active secret codes gives you a total high enough to purchase all of the house styles in one.
